Job summary

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd is seeking an International Sales Executive with a technical background to drive opportunities across Europe, India and the Far East. The role entails travel, building technical product knowledge, and leading discussions at trade shows.

Ideal candidates will have a technical degree, proven experience advising customers on specifications, and a strong networker who can open doors and close deals. The position is based in West Yorkshire with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a technical field relevant to the product (chemicals/textiles/electronics).
• Experience advising customers on technical products—specifications and capabilities.
• Networker with ability to open doors and create opportunities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (UK, Europe, India, Far East).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Research and understand market opportunities and demand for the product.
• Build technical knowledge of the product and its applications to support customers.
• Attend and lead communications at trade shows and exhibitions nationally and internationally.
• Visit customers and prospects in Europe, India and Far East.
• Negotiate with customers and follow up opportunities; build a sales pipeline and update CRM.
