Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Manager, Technical Talent Acquisition to lead our global technical recruiting function. You will build the engineering and AI teams required to scale the company, own the hiring strategy, and partner with founders and leadership to set hiring bars and processes.

You will personally drive critical senior searches, improve sourcing quality, and coach a high-performing recruiting team across regions while using data to accelerate speed and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with deep experience hiring software engineering, AI/ML or other highly technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Own technical hiring across ActAI, including AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, web, mobile and engineering leadership.
