Job summary

Escape Recruitment is partnering with a global engineering organisation to recruit a Technical Sales Manager to join its expanding commercial team. You will own the full sales lifecycle, identify opportunities, develop tailored engineering solutions and secure orders across international markets.

This office-based role offers hybrid working and regular international travel (typically monthly). You'll collaborate with engineering, project management and international sales teams to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, consultative B2B sales for engineered products.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into commercial solutions.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Prepare technically and commercially robust quotations and proposals.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, EPCs, distributors and international teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across markets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline with CRM and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements for high-value engineered products.
• Represent the business at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Gather market intelligence to support product development.
• Support regional sales teams with technical and commercial expertise.
