Responsibilities

• SupportSales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical briefings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Lead pre-sales discussions and project reviews as the technical lead.
• Respond to technical enquiries and assist with issue resolution.
• Visit customer sites to assess applications and provide recommendations.
• Support onboarding and training for customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
