Job summary
adpinternalcareers seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead global, enterprise-wide programs within the International Product portfolio. You will partner with Global Product Teams, Corporate Functions and key stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives, establish portfolio governance and drive execution excellence.
The role requires strong portfolio and program management, solid Agile understanding, and exceptional leadership and communication.
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-wide programs with governance.
- Strong Agile and software development lifecycle knowledge.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
- Global/international collaboration experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive program governance across multiple project work streams.
- Build program/project plans with close task tracking.
- Coach teams on deployment and change management.
- Ensure risks and issues are tracked to closure.
- Communicate status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage multiple work streams to meet business objectives.
- Develop dashboards and automation using Power BI.
- Coordinate with Global Product Teams and corporate functions.
