Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead delivery across real estate, infrastructure and capital projects portfolios. You will align strategy with execution and drive robust governance and assurance across global/national programmes.

You will partner with Portfolio Directors and client leadership to own reporting cycles, risk management and financial oversight, while guiding teams to sustain high performance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in portfolios or programmes, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure or Capital Projects.
• Demonstrable ability to operate within fast-paced, high-profile delivery environments with strong organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, programme and project management methodologies, governance frameworks and controls (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, APM).
• Team leadership experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience establishing and maintaining portfolio controls (RAID, change control, dashboards).
• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities with KPI-focused insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio and PMO services for high- and mid-scale transformation/real estate portfolios and portfolios of portfolios.
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting and assurance frameworks with strong data integrity and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement, end-to-end delivery efficiency and informed decision-making.
• Engage senior leaders, clients and stakeholders, providing professional presentations and status reports.
• Lead on financial monitoring, budgeting, cost reporting, and procurement/contract activities as needed.
• Identify risks and ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into programmes.
