Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programmes within the Legal Services organisation. You will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering on time and within budget.

You will coordinate transformation initiatives across change management, workflow optimisation, technology implementations, integrations, and product releases, while guiding Project Managers and engaging senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Mature experience delivering large, complex programmes in corporate or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams with governance in place.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, operations and business functions.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and governance boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes with multiple projects and workstreams.
• Define programme scope, objectives, success criteria, and roadmaps.
• Establish governance structures, reporting and delivery frameworks.
• Drive accountability to achieve milestones and benefits realization.
• Coordinate product release schedules and system integrations.
