Job summary

Colliers International Emea is seeking an experienced PMO leader to guide a portfolio of programs across the organisation. You will collaborate with Enterprise Project Management leads, procurement, finance, design, security, consultants, and external partners to drive process innovation and improved delivery performance.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO or programme management, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and experience engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in PMO, project coordination or programme management.
• Experience supporting large corporate clients in real estate, construction, workplace or professional services.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting capability.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project governance, controls and reporting.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country programmes.
• Prince2, APM or PMI certification.
• Experience within occupier services, corporate real estate or workplace transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of PMWeb, Smartsheets or Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project execution oversight, ensuring delivery compliance and process/tools adherence (incl. Chronos).
• Facilitate capital meetings, coordinate minutes and actions; manage issues, risks, decisions and project pipeline.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for capital; oversee changes in project plans for continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with internal pillars and stakeholders to align and support project delivery.
• Develop content and share best practices; facilitate lessons learned with leadership and partners.
• Standardize project execution and governance; ensure alignment with strategic plans.
• Optimise digital tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
• Establish relationships at all levels; engage stakeholders and clients to assess satisfaction.
• Support development of reports, onboarding for local PMs, and CoE Playbook.
• Manage reporting updates across self-delivered and partner-delivered projects.
• Assist EPM Lead with data consolidation and pipeline analysis for portfolio decisions.
• Contribute updates for bi-weekly WIP reporting.
• Oversee close-out processes and data gathering for programme planning.
• Lead proactive communications cadence with EPM team and project teams.
