Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management or project delivery experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive programs to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Governance: Implement standardized methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Program Planning & Execution: Support delivery of key account initiatives and align programs with strategic objectives.
• Performance Measurement: Maintain program metrics, dashboards and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams; facilitate steering meetings.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Communication & Reporting: Lead program reviews and ensure timely PMO reporting.
