Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to coordinate partner launches, gather technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions across global teams.

You will drive milestones, manage cross-functional engagement between Telecom and Mobile OEM partners and Amazon teams, and ensure successful onboarding, data tracking and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in program or project management.
Ability to define and implement process improvements using data and metrics.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Manages assigned enterprise accounts including major business partners with significant impact.
Responsible for day-to-day technical, operational and project launch activities (kick-off, design, onboarding, milestone tracking, signup delivery support).
Creates and leads meetings with enterprise partners and internal stakeholders regarding Amazon apps and services.
Owns pre- and post-launch operational and technical account management across multiple partners and locations.
Identifies and drives product improvements by providing requirements and use-cases to product teams.
Facilitates incident, problem and change management on behalf of enterprise partners.
