Job summary

BIP UK is seeking an experienced AI and Cloud Director in London to grow the UK xTech AI, Data and Cloud practice. You will combine strategy, architecture and delivery to turn technology ambition into scalable business value for clients.

You will shape the go-to-market, lead major transformations and build a high-performing team, while managing partnerships with hyperscalers and senior stakeholders across industries.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ experience across AI, data and analytics, cloud or technology consulting with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale AI and cloud transformation programmes from strategy to adoption.
• Credibility across data, AI and cloud architecture with ability to set direction for multiple teams.
• Experience building and scaling a multidisciplinary practice and owning commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Define UK xTech AI, Data and Cloud strategy and growth plans.
• Lead major technology transformation programmes and ensure measurable business value.
• Build senior client and partner relationships and grow the practice.
• Oversee delivery quality, risk, budgets and timelines across engagements.
• Develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team and partnerships with hyperscalers.
