Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Architect to drive the technical vision, system design, and architectural governance for a large-scale engineering program. You will shape data ecosystems, lead AI integration strategy, and set patterns for resilient, secure architectures across a heterogeneous tech stack.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, AI-ready architectures while navigating a regulated environment in London.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years as Principal or Senior Architect.
• Experience designing large-scale, high-throughput enterprise systems.
• Expertise in distributed architectures, data platforms, and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end target state architecture across diverse systems and cloud integrations.
• Publish and maintain architectural blueprints and engineering standards.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) ensuring designs meet NFRs like scalability and security.
• Oversee AI strategy, governance, and secure AI tooling adoption.
