Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience with 3+ years as Principal or Senior Architect.
• Experience designing large-scale, high-throughput enterprise distributed systems.
• Strong data architecture and cloud experience across Azure and AWS.
• Proven ability to lead governance, security, and regulatory compliance in finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end target state architecture across diverse systems and data platforms.
• Publish and champion architectural blueprints, design patterns, and engineering standards.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board to enforce non-functional requirements like security and performance.
• Lead AI strategy and adoption for enterprise products, including LLM integration and MLOps readiness.
• Mentor Principal Engineers and Tech Leads, ensuring coherence across stacks.
• Investigate complex performance issues and prototype new AI tools before scaling.
