Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group seeks a Global Customer Technology Director to drive customer transformation across AI, cloud and data platforms. You will influence product strategy through high‑quality customer insights and lead a unified, cross‑functional team across Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting and Partners.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in senior technology, architecture, or transformation roles within financial markets, data, analytics, or cloud technology.
• Expertise in AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, digital workflows, enterprise architecture, trading technology, or other critical finance tech domains.
• Commercially oriented, collaborative, and skilled at navigating complex matrix environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and translate technology strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience engaging with EMEA-based financial institutions and understanding regulatory and market dynamics.
• Track record of partnering with hyperscalers (e.g. Microsoft, AWS) on joint engagements or co-innovation initiatives.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences, panels, or forums.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer transformation across AI, cloud, and data platforms.
• Engage senior technology stakeholders, guiding adoption of LSEG platforms and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Partner teams.
• Lead a practice area to develop reusable frameworks, collateral, and best practices.
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Represent LSEG at conferences and industry forums to shape the technology agenda.
