Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Director, Business Technology BU Interface - International, based in Leeds or Singapore.

You will act as the senior technology executive and strategic partner to regional leaders, directing technology across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and enabling functions. You will govern demand, prioritization and execution, ensuring secure, reliable end-to-end technology operations while driving AI, data, and digital capabilities to meet regional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, operations or related leadership roles.
Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology strategy and regional execution for international markets.
Partner with enterprise Technology, CTO and CISO to ensure secure, standardized delivery.
Own regional demand, portfolio health and executive governance across the value chain.
Provide executive guidance on analytics, AI, automation and innovation.
Balance local needs with enterprise standards to enable scalable platforms.
