Qualifications

• 6–18 months of sales or recruitment experience.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates for specialist recruitment roles.
• Build and maintain talent pools across relevant technology and commercial markets.
• Engage candidates through personalised outreach via LinkedIn, email, video and phone.
• Conduct in-depth conversations to understand experience, motivations and fit.
• Qualify candidates against client briefs and present top profiles to the team.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process from engagement to interview and offer.
• Collaborate with consultants and hiring managers to understand live vacancy requirements.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and relationship management.
• Develop market knowledge and become an expert in relevant talent communities.
• Contribute to the division's growth through consistent delivery and teamwork.
