Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's recruitment experience within a technical or engineering-led market.
• Experience engaging passive and hard-to-find candidates.
• Ability to understand detailed technical briefs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt and engage specialist and senior-level candidates globally.
• Conduct market mapping and identify hard-to-find talent.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment process.
• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Take detailed vacancy briefs from existing clients.
• Manage live requirements across established accounts.
• Provide clients with relevant market and candidate information.
• Develop relationships within existing client accounts.
• Work closely with colleagues to successfully deliver specialist assignments.
