Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking a Delivery Consultant / Talent Partner to own candidate delivery for Technical Education & Training across Engineering, Construction, Rail and Defence. Based in Fareham (onsite), you’ll partner with the Head of TE&T, map markets, engage candidates and manage interviews through to placement.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or candidate delivery experience preferred.
• Proactive, relationship-driven and capable of handling multiple processes.
• Comfortable engaging candidates by phone and writing.
• Able to understand client briefs and map markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Technical Education & Training on live vacancies and client requirements.
• Take job briefs and define what good looks like for each hire.
• Build talent pools across Engineering, Construction, Rail and Energy.
• Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards and CRM to identify talent and qualify candidates.
• Present high-quality shortlists and manage candidates through interview to offer.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offers, keeping processes moving.
• Develop long-term relationships with market players and clients.
• Work with the wider FIND team to deliver outstanding service.
