Job summary

Helsing GmbH is seeking a Talent Operations Partner to coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones. You will work with the Talent Operations team to balance candidate, interviewer and hiring manager availability in fast-moving hiring loops, both virtually and onsite.

You will enhance the candidate experience by ensuring rapid responses, accurate data, and smooth processes, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition to remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a high-volume talent acquisition function with strong operational execution.
• Ability to manage complex multi-time-zone scheduling with precision even as priorities shift.
• Clear communication to surface process challenges and implement fast-turnaround solutions.
• Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems to boost team throughput.
• Fluency in German and English and ability to adapt to a scaling, high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones with the Talent Operations team.
• Operate ATS and scheduling tools for both virtual and onsite candidates.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates and interviewers with rapid response times.
• Maintain real-time data and templates across internal systems to support quick decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify bottlenecks and drive throughput improvements.
• Contribute to reporting on scheduling speed, pipeline velocity, and interview completion rates.
• Be based in Munich or London office, minimum 3 days per week.
