You will execute paid and organic media plans, monitor ROI, and partner with talent teams and agencies to optimize performance across markets. Hybrid work with a balance of office and remote days in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Experience in global or regional talent attraction or channel marketing.
• Hands-on paid media and programmatic advertising expertise.
• Ability to manage large budgets and report performance to stakeholders.
• Experience with third-party agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global talent attraction channel strategy across paid and organic channels.
• Manage a portion of the global talent attraction budget: planning, forecasting, tracking actuals.
• Activate and manage always-on campaigns across Google, Display, Native, Video, Sponsored Jobs, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with campaign managers on media investment levels, balancing hiring priorities and ROI.
• Monitor performance, consolidate spend data, and deliver ROI-driven recommendations.
• Maintain data integrity with tagging and attribution frameworks.
