Job summary

Citi in Belfast is seeking a Talent Media & Digital Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role focuses on social media, content, and using data to drive decisions across global talent channels.

You will schedule and publish organic content, collaborate with regional teams, build performance reports, and test optimizations to improve reach and engagement. Hybrid work includes 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with opportunities to grow in talent media and digital

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to analyze reach, engagement and audience behavior from campaign data.
• Ability to translate metrics into clear recommendations and tell a data-driven story.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing of organic talent attraction content across Citi's social channels.
• Coordinate global and regional content calendars to ensure posts go live accurately and on time.
• Partner with campaign managers and regional stakeholders to translate hiring priorities into social activity.
• Review copy, creative, links, tagging, and targeting before publishing for brand alignment.
• Analyze reach, engagement and audience behavior to assess content and channel effectiveness.
• Build performance reports that turn data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Recommend content, posting, and campaign optimizations based on insights and test them with the team.
