Job summary

Citigroup Belfast seeks a senior HR professional to lead day-to-day HR support for senior Managers in Risk Management. You will deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle, partner with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues, and coordinate with COEs to implement HR solutions.

The role involves global collaboration with Europe, North and South America, and requires strong communication and stakeholder management in a hybrid Belfast environment.

Qualifications

• Solid HR experience with broad service delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR yearly cyclical processes incl. talent, performance, and year-end rewards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organisational performance.
• Partner with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues and assess risks.
• Coordinate with HRAs and COEs to implement HR solutions and lifecycle processes.
• Lead cross-Citi projects and train new team members.
