You will analyse talent populations, work with senior leaders, and support career progression while contributing to culture and DEI initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and collaboration with L&D and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying high-potential talent and building development plans.
• Experience applying assessment methods (psychometrics, assessments, talent reviews).
• Experience designing, delivering and measuring succession planning processes.
• Experience using data to inform talent decisions and progress.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities across audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing career frameworks and career pathways (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust succession planning for senior and international roles, starting with UK & EMEA.
• Embed Talent Assessment Review processes and define potential vs performance.
• Contribute to leadership programme design and delivery.
• Define solutions with L&D to close skill gaps and align development plans.
• Collaborate with HR to support culture initiatives like engagement surveys and DEI.
• Contribute to performance management approaches.
• Manage mentoring, coaching and sponsorship programs with stakeholders.
• Analyze talent mobility and report findings to leadership.
