• Experience identifying talent and accelerating development.
• Proven ability to run succession planning at scale.
• Experience with assessment, psychometrics and talent reviews.
• Experience delivering talent programmes and mobility initiatives.
• Strong data analysis to inform decisions.

Aufgaben

• Deliver robust succession planning at senior levels and across critical roles internationally.
• Embed Talent Assessment Review practices and define potential vs performance.
• Contribute to leadership programme design and delivery.
• Work with L&D to close skill/competency gaps and align development plans.
• Collaborate with HR to drive culture initiatives, engagement surveys and DEI.
• Support internal mentoring, coaching and sponsorship programs.
