Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Global to shape and drive our worldwide paid media and related digital channels. You will strengthen agency governance and ensure campaigns are measurable, optimised and consistently delivered across APAC, AMER and EMEA.

You will lead global strategy and campaign delivery, support the Regional Digital Marketing Hub operating model, and work with global, regional and agency partners to translate commercial priorities into

Qualifications

Significant experience in digital marketing or digital media, including leading complex multi-market or global programmes.
Experience managing substantial media budgets and agency partners across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic and metasearch.
Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, connecting media performance and business outcomes.
Experience defining measurement frameworks using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or comparable tools.
Skilled at leading cross-functional programmes and managing multiple workstreams, priorities and deadlines.
