Job summary

Guidant Global in London or Luton is seeking a Talent Resourcing Partner to own delivery from briefing through to hire, hands-on with contract vacancies and direct sourcing. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruitment colleagues, and supply partners to attract and secure talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an MSP, agency, or in-house environment.
• Recruiting contractors, contingent workers, or project-based resources would be highly advantageous.
• Understanding of direct sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction strategies.
• Exposure to technology, digital, project related recruitment would be beneficial.
• Someone who is adaptable, resilient, and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A delivery-focused mindset with the determination to make things happen.
• Must be eligible and willing to secure and hold DV clearance

Responsibilities

• Managing contract vacancies and driving recruitment activity to achieve successful outcomes.
• Direct sourcing candidates through a variety of attraction channels.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Supporting contingent workforce and contractor recruitment activity.
• Working with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insight.
• Screening and assessing candidates to ensure quality shortlists.
• Managing the candidate journey from application through to onboarding.
• Collaborating with suppliers and recruitment partners to ensure delivery against agreed service levels.
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and talent attraction initiatives.
