As Talent Attraction Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Technician and Support-level roles mainly across the UK, Germany, while driving sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives that help attract top talent to the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations teams, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure hiring goals are met through strong execution and collaboration.
We're looking for a talent acquisition professional with at least 4 years of recruiting experience across technician, skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, warehouse, administrative, or other support functions, either in an agency or in-house environment. Experience hiring for the manufacturing sector is highly preferred, particularly supporting both permanent and contingent workforce needs. Success in a complex, international, matrixed organization will be a strong advantage, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
