Job summary

G-P is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for global GTM and corporate functions. Based in Ireland or aligned to EMEA hours, you will guide candidates through complex offer details and sales compensation structures.

You will collaborate with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance to ensure seamless hiring processes, while sourcing top talent across international markets for a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including GTM, Sales, or corporate functions.
• Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours.
• Sales incentive familiarity with OTE and commission plan mechanics.
• Experience with cross-border hiring and local compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across GTM and non-tech business functions—from kickoff calls and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding alignment.
• Present and explain variable compensation models, including sales incentive plans, commission tiers, and quota structures to revenue-focused candidates.
• Navigate local compliance to ensure offers, terms, and checks meet country regulations.
• Source qualified passive candidates in competitive SaaS and professional services markets.
• Consult with hiring managers to set role expectations, refine job descriptions, and move interview loops efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, and Finance for smooth handoffs and budget alignment.
• Maintain real-time ATS hygiene to provide leadership with pipeline metrics.
