Job summary

TikTok's Global Functions team in London seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for Legal, Public Policy, Communications, and Brand functions. You will build data-driven sourcing strategies, drive inclusive hiring, and partner with stakeholders across EMEA and METAP on complex cross-border roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, including non-tech functions (Legal, Policy, Comms, G&A, or Marketing).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
• Proven ability to close candidates and negotiate complex compensation packages.
• Experience using data to drive hiring decisions and market insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across a global organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
• Navigate cross-border hiring across EMEA and METAP with a deep understanding of regional nuances (visas, work rights, GDPR).
• Discover, identify, and attract top talent in competitive, niche markets using data-driven sourcing techniques.
• Screen and select candidates, assessing technical skills, business acumen, and cultural fit for TikTok.
• Deliver an efficient, high-quality candidate experience from application to offer, including salary discussions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues locally and regionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
