Job summary

TikTok is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition partner to support AI Data Service and Operations hiring across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with stakeholders globally to attract, hire, and engage talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience and coordinating hiring processes.

You will gain on-the-job skills in a fast-paced environment, contribute to strategic recruitment projects, and help implement SOPs to improve processes and output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin are required, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders based in English and Mandarin-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• End to end management of the recruiting full cycle. Sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, onboarding process, etc.
• Work across country and business unit leaders as well as the local operation teams to understand relevant local best practices.
• Develop standard operation procedure (SOP) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
