Job summary

TikTok, global HQs in LA and Singapore with offices in London, is seeking an experienced HR partner to join its Global E-Commerce team. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals, delivering high-quality HR practices, and supporting rapid growth across domestic and international stakeholders.

You will advise leadership on staffing, performance management, employee relations, and development programs while nurturing TikTok’s culture and values in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources working experience.
• Translate business priorities into people strategies across org design, leadership development, performance calibration, succession planning, and learning & development.
• Strong written and oral English.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially in employee relations and performance management.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business units to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build a strong community that supports business development.
• Provide HR guidance on staffing, talent development, performance management and employee relations.
• Assess team needs, make recommendations and implement solutions.
• Act as ambassador for TikTok culture and drive engagement with business units.
• Manage employee issues and advise leaders on case handling.
