Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our fast-growing E‑Commerce squad in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver a welcoming interview experience to candidates.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in tech, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess bilingual candidates (French or Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Able to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees, stakeholders, candidates and at all levels.
• Proficiency in French or Mandarin for bilingual assessments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support market research and talent mapping initiatives.
• Measure conversion rates of passive candidates to applicants, interview invites, offers and hires.
