Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to source for its Product & Design teams across locations. This 12-month temporary assignment is managed by a third-party agency; the employer is the agency, with TikTok as the client.

You will collaborate with recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers to drive sourcing for complex searches, deliver market intelligence, manage interview scheduling, and ensure a standout candidate experience while promoting TikTok as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of international sourcing experience in internet companies.
• Experience using research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across locations.
• Strong data sense to support recruiting strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.]

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents at all levels.
• Collaborate with TA team and hiring managers to meet business needs.
• Develop understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships (HRBP, hiring managers, external partners).
• Conduct complex data analysis and provide market intelligence to leaders.
• Take ownership of interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as a great place to work.
