Job summary

Mistral AI in Europe seeks a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure top talent across Product, Engineering and Science. As an early team member, you will influence how recruitment is done to scale this high-growth organization.

You will drive data-driven hiring, build scalable systems, work with global teams, and embrace a hybrid model with regular onsite collaboration in Paris.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in recruiting, preferably in tech, high-growth, or competitive environments.
• Deep experience hiring for technical and/or scientific roles.
• Market savvy with ability to own searches in competitive talent landscapes.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics to optimize processes.
• Global perspective with international hiring and fluent English communication.
• Stakeholder influence with credibility and diplomacy.
• Hands-on execution balancing strategy with operational excellence.
• Familiarity with ATS (Ashby), LinkedIn search, scheduling (Modernloop), and AI-driven tools is a plus.

• Innovate and improve by proposing and implementing enhancements to workflows, documentation, and tools.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience: 5+ years in recruiting, preferably in tech, high-growth, or competitive environments.




• Functional expertise: Deep experience hiring for technical and/or scientific roles




• Market savvy: Ability to own and execute searches independently in highly competitive talent landscapes.




• Data-driven mindset: Skilled at analyzing metrics to solve problems and optimize recruitment processes.




• Global perspective: Experience with international hiring and fluent English communication.




• Stakeholder influence: Ability to advise and align senior leaders with credibility and diplomacy.




• Hands-on execution: Capable of balancing strategy with operational excellence, staying organized and disciplined.




• Tool proficiency: Familiarity with modern ATS (e.g. Ashby), LinkedIn search, scheduling (e.g. Modernloop), and AI-driven productivity tools is a plus.
