Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a senior staffing leader to manage global initiatives across digital products, operating models, and enablement. You will oversee staffing strategies for the firm and translate priorities into scalable solutions that improve staffing across regions and SBUs.

You will report to the Global Staffing Senior Director within the Global Staffing Center of Excellence, collaborating with regional leads, product teams, and analytics to measure and drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree welcomed but not required.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in professional services or a complex, matrixed org.
• Strong project and change management skills with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent staffing on firm-wide initiatives, end-to-end from inception to launch.
• Shape and roll out firm-wide staffing policies with stakeholder buy-in.
• Define approach for extending global staffing platforms to new populations.
• Own operating rhythm for Staffing CoE portfolio, monitor KPIs and adoption.
• Lead Staffing Working Group and drive decisions to closure.
• Own learning and development journey with BST and regional peers.
