Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment activities in Newport. You will serve as a main point of contact for candidates, partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, HR Administration or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HR, including scheduling across time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data quality for reports.
• Support recruitment metrics and ensure processes comply with company policies.
