Macmillan Davies is partnering with a FinTech company in West London to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a fast-paced, high growth business. The role supports recruitment across multiple sales and commercial positions, owning the coordination process from application through to offer.

You will screen CVs, conduct first-stage calls, source candidates, coordinate interviews and keep the ATS up to date, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high growth business. If you've worked in high-volume recruitment, agency resourcing, hospitality, retail or logistics, you'll thrive in this role.

Working as part of a small but experienced Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment across multiple sales and commercial roles, owning the coordination process from application through to offer stage.

What you'll do

This role requires someone onsite in West London 5 days a week.
