Eden Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a global financial services firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for their in-house team. The role supports early careers and lateral recruitment across EMEA and APAC, handling graduate and internship recruitment as well as assessments from start to finish.

You will coordinate interview processes across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience while liaising with hiring managers, HR and TA teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or Early Careers.
• Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment and assessment activities is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple processes across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate early careers and lateral recruitment across EMEA and APAC.
• Organise assessment centres, candidate days and large interview programmes, virtual and in-person.
• Act as main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Coordinate offers, background checks and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, data and reporting; support process improvements.
