Qualifications

• 4+ years in sustainability, responsible investment or related role in real estate/private equity.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve research and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsible investment policies and develop tools for investment professionals.
• Monitor sustainability regulations across regions and support compliance.
• Lead data collection, validation, and portfolio analytics.
• Draft investor-facing materials, including sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and legal/compliance teams.
