Job summary

Belmont Search Ltd. is seeking an ESG/Sustainability Associate to join a leading global real estate private equity investment manager in London.

You will support a diverse international portfolio across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, focusing on portfolio sustainability, asset-level value creation, data and reporting, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

Experience in real estate sustainability, ESG or responsible investment.
Ability to connect sustainability initiatives to asset performance and returns.
Experience with portfolio reporting, data collection, and regulatory frameworks such as GRESB/PRI/GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute sustainability-led value creation across the portfolio.
Assess initiatives from ESG and financial perspectives for returns.
Manage sustainability data collection, validation, and reporting across assets and geographies.
Support investor reporting and regulatory initiatives (GRESB, PRI).
Monitor relevant sustainability regulation and translate into practical actions across funds/assets.
Assist investment processes with sustainability considerations during due diligence.
Collaborate with portfolio companies, operating partners, and advisers.
Improve analytics, databases, and workflows through technology and AI.
Prepare materials for senior management and institutional investors.
