Job summary

MAPP, the UK's leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, is seeking a Sustainability Manager to drive ESG strategy across a portfolio of client assets. You will translate client objectives into practical plans and measurable outcomes, collaborating with investors, occupiers and internal teams.

Based in London, you will develop asset-level sustainability strategies, coordinate reporting against frameworks like GRESB and CDP, and support building certifications such as

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of ESG, Sustainability and Social Value roles.
Experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management desirable.
Experience supporting energy management, decarbonisation plans, and net zero delivery would be advantageous.
Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRESB, CDP, GHG Protocol).
Experience coordinating building-level sustainability certifications and assessments such as BREEAM, NABERS UK, EPC improvements would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own and drive sustainability across a portfolio of client assets, aligning with investors and MAPP teams.
Coordinate and track initiatives, develop strategies and measurable outcomes.
Support portfolio submissions, reporting and building certifications.
