Job summary

Fortress Safety is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead the development and performance of our global supplier base. You will own supplier quality and compliance from start to finish, including selection, development, risk management and continuous improvement, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Experience leading supplier quality teams in a fast-growing environment.
Broad expertise across supplier and manufacturing quality.
Knowledge of QMS/EMS and core tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA.

Responsibilities

Lead global supplier quality processes, including evaluation and approval.
Coordinate with China team and internal quality teams.
Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPAs.
Collaborate with Procurement on strategy and supplier relationships.
Support NPI readiness and supplier capability.
Travel in the UK and abroad as needed.
