MBDA Careers in the UK is seeking a proactive Project Procurement professional to manage supplier subcontracts on a global scale, coordinating with UK and international suppliers to protect MBDA's commercial position and deliver high-value missiles programs.
You will lead end-to-end subcontract activities from negotiation to performance management, visit supplier sites, assess risks, and provide commercial guidance to internal customers, while supporting MBDA's mission and security requirements.

Up to £50,000 - depending on experience and qualifications.
Up to 3 days per week will be expected to be undertaken on-site due to workload classification – especially during the initial 6-months to integrate with the MBDA Team
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum, and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
Working within Project Procurement team, you will work with our Suppliers around the world and enable MBDA to provide world-leading defence capabilities for our Home Nations and their Allies.
You will lead the preparation, negotiation, implementation and performance of subcontracts across the entire life cycle of missiles and missile systems. You will ensure that subcontracts are effectively managed to time, cost, and quality resulting in the delivery of high value and sophisticated sub-systems. You will need to provide commercial guidance to internal Customers and manage risk and opportunity to safeguard the interests of MBDA.
