Job summary

Online Education Services (OES) in Birmingham City Centre is recruiting a Student Recruitment Advisor to drive enrolments through proactive, telephone-based engagement with domestic and international prospects.

You will manage a lead pipeline, provide accurate information on courses, fees and funding, and work with Marketing to maximise campaigns while meeting KPIs. Join a global, values-led team within the SEEK Group, with 25 days leave, study support, and a clear path to progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Experience in consultative sales with ability to understand goals and guide decisions.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-focused communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple leads and maintaining timely follow-ups in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed enrolment targets and KPIs.
• Act as a knowledgeable guide for prospective students on courses, fees, and funding.
• Assess eligibility and escalate complex cases when needed to specialists.
• Maintain accurate student records in Salesforce and prepare pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote programmes and evaluate ROI.
• Coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and course demonstrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
