Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a Student Life Manager (Global) to enable a premier global student experience for Imperial Business School students. The role involves developing overseas modules, managing exchanges, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver a high‑quality international learning journey.

You will line manager the Careers & Student Life Administrator and travel as needed to support and lead international modules, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

Experience in project management, travel and/or events.
Experience with student mobility or student exchanges with partner universities.
Exemplary communication and organisational skills.
Stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
Hands-on, personalised customer service and a fast-paced delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver overseas modules for Imperial Business School students.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and oversee incoming/outgoing exchanges.
Line manage the Careers & Student Life Administrator and other delivery teams.
Travel overseas to support and lead international experience modules.
