Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a Student Life Manager (Global) to enhance the international student experience across overseas modules and exchanges. You will build connections across cultures, manage exchanges, and implement new initiatives to benefit Imperial Business School students both on campus and abroad.

You will line-manage the Careers & Student Life Administrator and travel as needed to lead modules, with evening and weekend commitments to support global programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, ideally in travel and/or events.
• Experience with student mobility and/or exchanges with partner universities.
• Exemplary communication and organisational skills.
• Stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Hands-on, personalised customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver overseas modules for Imperial Business School students.
• Manage working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing student exchanges and implement new initiatives.
• Line manage the Careers & Student Life Administrator and temporary staff.
• Support and travel overseas to lead international experience modules.
• Work evenings and weekends to support team initiatives.
