Qualifications

• Experience in social and influencer marketing for consumer brands.
• Experience in creative agency settings and collaborating with creative teams.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns with tangible business outcomes.
• Familiarity with global beauty and wellbeing industry; female power brands a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and tailored planning for client objectives.
• Experience in social-first strategic planning and large 360 campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead bespoke strategic plans aligning with client goals, incorporating latest trends.
• Develop social-first, culture-forward big campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business, audience and brand ethos, and craft resonant campaigns.
• Conduct research using social tools to identify trends, influencers and topics.
• Partner with creative, account and media teams to ensure campaign integration.
• Emerge as a thought leader within the agency and industry, sharing insights.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and tools in influencer and social marketing.
• Develop influential social strategies for high-profile clients rooted in culture.
• Collaborate with planners, creatives, and creators to deliver exceptional work.
• Identify opportunities to harness and amplify trends for clients.
• Enhance the agency's creative output through insightful recommendations.
