Job summary

CloudPay United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Statutory Reporting Manager to own UK statutory reporting, with oversight across EMEA, AMER and APAC. You'll partner with finance, auditors and external advisers to drive accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement.

You must reside in the UK with full eligibility to work; the role focuses on UK GAAP compliance, tax filings, and coordination of global reporting standards within a growing international business.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification with experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record delivering statutory and tax compliance in a multinational.
• Knowledge of UK statutory reporting requirements (UK GAAP).
• Desirable cross-region exposure (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply regulations practically.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual statutory reporting for UK and US entities, ensuring audit readiness and timely responses to queries.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance and regulatory filings across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Review financial statements, disclosures and supporting documentation for compliance with accounting standards.
• Own preparation and review of monthly UK management accounts.
• Ensure alignment between management reporting, statutory reporting and group consolidation.
• Drive improvements to reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
• Support tax audits and inspections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial oversight of payroll processes prior to disbursement.
• Act as the primary finance contact for statutory reporting stakeholders.
