CloudPay is seeking a Statutory Reporting Manager in the UK to lead UK/US statutory reporting, manage audit readiness, and ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA, AMER and APAC.

In this role you will drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, partnering with finance leadership, external advisers, and auditors while ensuring timely and accurate filings.

Formación

• Finance professional with leadership experience in statutory and tax compliance.
• Experience in multinational organisations with cross-jurisdiction reporting.
• Strong communication and governance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual statutory reporting for UK and US entities with audit readiness.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings across EMEA, AMER and APAC.
• Review financial statements and disclosures for compliance with accounting standards and local requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly UK management accounts with timely, insightful reporting.
• Ensure alignment between management reporting, statutory reporting, and Group consolidation.
• Drive process improvements, controls, and governance for accurate reporting.
