Goodman Masson is recruiting a Statutory Reporting Manager in Central London to join a global technology business. ACA/ACCA qualified accountants with strong IFRS/FRS101 and statutory reporting experience are sought for a 4–6 month assignment, with 3 days in the office.

The role involves managing UK statutory accounts, leading audits across EMEA, and driving US GAAP to local GAAP bridges. Collaboration with FP&A and external parties is essential for accurate financial models and forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong technical accounting and statutory reporting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity international reporting environments.
• Experience leading statutory audits and coordinating across regions.

Aufgaben

• Manage the preparation and review of UK statutory accounts under FRS 101 and financial reporting across EMEA entities.
• Lead UK statutory audit processes and coordinate audits across the EMEA region.
• Own the US GAAP to local GAAP bridge with accurate documentation of adjustments.
• Review annual goodwill impairment assessments with FP&A and external parties on models and forecasts.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to senior stakeholders on complex reporting matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and drive improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
